Crop Management Network (CMN) and Performance Ag Group rescind conditional agreement

Crop Management Network (CMN) Inc. announces that Performance Ag Group and CMN will not proceed with the proposed transaction that was previously announced in March 2019. As both parties worked through the usual processes involved in transactions of this nature, it became apparent that the deal for CMN to acquire the assets of Performance Ag Group was not in the best interests of either company. For this reason the conditional agreement was terminated.

CMN will continue to look for growth opportunities in the future and is looking forward to the upcoming growing season.
