Tim Baelde hired as Assistant Manager of Agrico St. Thomas Terminal

Mississauga, ON – We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Baelde as the Assistant Manager of Agrico Canada’s St. Thomas Terminal. Tim will begin this role at Agrico on February 5, 2018 and will report to  St. Thomas Terminal Manager Don Herries.

Tim is a graduate of the University of Guelph where he attained a degree with honours in Bio-Resource Management. He brings to Agrico a solid 5 years of experience in operations/facility management. Over the past few years, Tim has been the Assistant Production Supervisor at a retail crop inputs business in southwestern Ontario, overseeing the day to day operations. In this role, he was accountable for risk management, loss control, maintaining environmental, as well as health and safety policies and programs. In addition, he worked on facility operational budgets, capital planning and talent development.

Tim is a strong subscriber to the Operation Excellence model and what it brings to our organization. With this background, Tim will be a great addition to the Agrico team and family.
